Shonna G. currently serves as the Customer Experience Team Lead at Betterment since September 2021, managing daily team activities, coaching employees on KPIs, and ensuring effective customer fraud mitigation. Additionally, Shonna conducts online English classes for adult students at Skyeng, while having held a previous role as Team Lead at Apple, where exemplary customer service in troubleshooting led to high ratings.
