Franziska Herath currently serves as Customer Success Lead and Team Facilitator for the Customer Growth team at Bettermile since September 2020, focusing on guiding customers through their last mile digital transformation and managing partnerships. Previously, Franziska held the title of Business Development Manager at GLS eCom Lab GmbH, also within Bettermile, where the emphasis was on relationship management with customers and stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles in Global Key Account Management at Bosch Service Solutions, an internship at DMK Baby GmbH, and international internships at Bosch Power Tools and the International Graduate Center at Hochschule Bremen. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business & Economics from Lund University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies of Global Management from HSB Hochschule Bremen. A semester was also completed at Universitas Udayana focusing on Economic Development.
