Carolina Villalba, MSHRM

Carolina Villalba has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Their most recent role was as the Director of People & Employee Engagement at BetterNOI, where they focused on assisting multifamily owners and operators across the U.S. Prior to this, Carolina worked at Loud And Live as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed the full employee life cycle and maintained employee benefits programs. Carolina also served as a Human Resources Generalist and a Human Resources Coordinator at beIN MEDIA GROUP, where they were responsible for various tasks such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding. In addition, they gained experience as an HR Administrative Assistant at Castle Group and Miniclip, where they provided support to HR directors and assisted with administrative tasks. Early in their career, Carolina worked as an International Sales Assistant at Frecuencia Latina, where they managed bill payments, maintained calendars, and acted as a liaison between the corporate office and clients. Carolina Villalba has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.

Carolina Villalba holds a Master of Science (M.S.H.R.M) degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University. Carolina completed their master's program in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the same university, which they completed between 2012 and 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Carolina Villalba has obtained several certifications in the field of recruitment and sourcing. In September 2022, they completed a Technical Recruiting certification at LinkedIn. Furthermore, in August 2022, they acquired certifications in Talent Sourcing and Virtual Recruiting, also from LinkedIn.
