Stephanie Maddock has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and recruiting. Stephanie is currently the Head of Talent at Betteromics, where they are responsible for building the recruitment platform and handling full-cycle recruiting for various functions. Stephanie advises the management team on hiring market trends and interview practices.
Prior to their current role, Stephanie worked at Mindstrong as a Senior Manager for Recruiting and previously as a Senior Technical Recruiter. At Randstad Technologies US, they held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter. Stephanie also worked at DynTek, where they served as a National Senior Technical Recruiter and later as a Western Regional Technical Recruiter.
Before DynTek, Stephanie gained experience at Robert Half International, where they held the roles of Branch Sales Manager and Division Director for OfficeTeam. Stephanie started their career at Sapphire Technologies as an Account Manager and then transitioned into the role of Technical Recruiter.
Stephanie Maddock completed a Bachelor's degree in Communications at Loyola Marymount University from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
