Jeremy Hooker

Jeremy Hooker has over 15 years of experience in clinical pharmacy, currently serving as the Clinical Pharmacy Program Manager for Pain & Palliative Care at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since May 2008. In this role, Jeremy develops and implements clinical pharmacy initiatives aimed at improving pain management and palliative care for veterans and their families. Additionally, Jeremy works as a Clinical Pharmacy Consultant for BetterRX, focusing on optimizing symptom management and creating educational resources for hospice staff. Furthermore, Jeremy is an Adjunct Professor of Pharmacy at Butler University, where Jeremy teaches a course on Pain Management and Palliative Care. Jeremy holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Butler University, earned between 2002 and 2008.
