Rob Furness

Rob Furness has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rob is currently the Head of Pharmacy Success at BetterRX since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LiveView Technologies as the Director of Implementation from February 2021 to October 2022. From September 2019 to February 2021, they served as the Director of Client Onboarding at Weave HQ.

Rob also has extensive experience at Walmart, where they held various roles including Site Leader from May 2019 to September 2019, Sr. Manager, Customer Care | Process Improvement | Fraud | Order Operations from January 2017 to April 2019, and Sr Manager, Jet.com Customer Care from April 2016 to December 2018.

Before joining Walmart, Rob worked at Overstock.com as an Associate Director, IT Operations from July 2014 to April 2016, Manager, IT Assets & Purchasing from May 2014 to June 2014, and Operations Specialist from January 2014 to April 2014.

Rob'searly career includes a long tenure at Merck, where they served as a Sr. Account Executive from January 2003 to January 2014. Rob also worked at IKANO Communications, Inc. as the Director, Client Success & Implementation from November 1999 to January 2003.

Rob Furness attended the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Additionally, they received Lean Training at Walmart eCommerce.
