Aditi Maliwal

Aditi Maliwal is a General Partner at Upfront Ventures, with experience in leading investments in companies such as Arcade, Bland.ai, Clair, Renew, and Writer since 2019. Aditi has served as the Lead Seed Investor at BetterUp, supporting Crosslink's seed investment since December 2015. Additionally, Aditi holds roles as Lead Series A Investor at both PowerToFly and Chime, and is a Co-Founder of AddedEducation, which focuses on developing pathways for young athletes. Prior to these roles, Aditi was a Product Manager at Google, specializing in initiatives aimed at engaging the next billion users, and worked as a Venture Associate at Crosslink Capital and an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities. Aditi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Stanford University and completed the International Baccalaureate at United World College of South East Asia.
