Alex Pirnie is blissfully retired while currently seeking volunteer opportunities to give back to the community. They served as the Director of Talent Management Systems at the University of Rochester Medical Center from 2014 to 2016, where they oversaw the implementation of a talent management suite and facilitated significant changes in process re-engineering and user training. Prior to that, Alex was the Manager of Learning Technologies at Paychex from 2002 to 2014, during which they converted outdated processes into automated systems and led major initiatives on performance management. Most recently, Alex worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at BetterUp and as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand from 2016 to 2021, managing a substantial client portfolio and enhancing software adoption. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Systems Analysis and Organizational Development at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
