Andy Scheff

Andy Scheff is a seasoned technology leader with a diverse background in engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at BetterUp since February 2024, Andy is focused on developing Generative AI products to enhance clarity and purpose in people's lives. Prior to this role, Andy co-founded Practica, a company acquired by BetterUp, which specializes in skill development for modern workers. Andy's experience includes leading engineering teams at South Park Commons, collaborating on healthcare software at Motion., and managing security engineering teams at Dropbox. Educationally, Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brown University, where significant teaching experience was gained as Head TA.
