Brian Branagan, PCC, is an experienced leadership coach and founder of Quality Conversations, specializing in professional development for emerging leaders and executive coaching. Currently serving at BetterUp as a Leadership Coach since July 2021, Brian has also contributed as an Executive Coach at Silicon Valley Change from May 2015 to September 2024, and as a Leadership Coach at The Institute for Generative Leadership from January 2014 to September 2024. Brian's private practice focuses on enhancing conversational skills using tools such as the ECHO Listening Intelligence Profile. Prior to coaching, Brian held various leadership roles in quality assurance and engineering at notable companies including F5 Networks, Klir Technologies, RealNetworks, Getty Images, PictureIQ, and Adobe Systems.
