Charlene D. Bergstresser

Charlene D. Bergstresser, MS, RN, PCC, currently serves as Program Director at Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges (LVAIC), overseeing professional development and collaborative program management for member organizations since January 2017. Additionally, Charlene holds the position of Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp since October 2019. Prior experience includes various roles at Lehigh Valley Health Network, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Organizational Development Consultant to Registered Nurse, focusing on leadership development, coaching, program management, and healthcare services. Charlene also contributed to the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania as Membership Services Administrator, leading membership development and volunteer training initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
