Danielle Douglas

Danielle Douglas currently serves as a Senior Consultant in People Insights at BetterUp since April 2021, following a role as a Consultant in the same area. Prior to BetterUp, Danielle held the position of Lead Talent Management Consultant at Fannie Mae from August 2020 to April 2021. Danielle's extensive experience includes multiple roles at Gartner between October 2015 and August 2020, culminating as a Senior Principal in Research focused on the Future of Work. Earlier career experiences include internships at Lockheed Martin, the US Department of Health & Human Services, and the American Psychological Association. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bryant University and a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from Towson University.
