Eg Gaffin-Cahn

EG Gaffin-Cahn is a seasoned research scientist specializing in psychology, cognition, and machine learning. Currently serving as a Research Scientist at BetterUp since November 2022, EG has also been a Technical Advisory Board Member at Infinite Sky since April 2021, where contributions include developing machine learning models and designing data pipelines for video analysis. Previously, from April 2021 to June 2022, EG worked at Perceptive Automata as a Research Scientist in psychophysics, focusing on simulating driving behaviors and creating a validation platform for social driving. EG earned a PhD in Psychology from New York University, where research concentrated on computational cognition and perception, and has held multiple research assistant positions across esteemed institutions.
