Khoa le Nguyen

Khoa Le Nguyen, PhD, is an Applied Behavioral Scientist at BetterUp, specializing in research on organizational performance and human flourishing since November 2021. Prior to this, Khoa served as a Graduate Research Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where 16 studies on positive emotions and social connections were conducted, leading to publications and a $200k grant from the Templeton World Charity Foundation. Experience includes roles as an Interim Behavioral Science Manager at WW, where Khoa analyzed member data and collaborated on product design, and internships that involved user experience research and behavioral science applications. Khoa holds a PhD in Social Psychology with a focus on Affective Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Psychology from The College of Wooster.
