Leah Varughese

Leah Varughese is a Senior Consultant in People Insights at BetterUp, with experience in leadership, talent, and engagement consulting. Prior to this role, Leah worked at Cirrus, part of Accenture, and Accenture as a Management Consultant. Leah's earlier career at Mind Gym included various positions such as Senior Solutions Designer and Senior Digital Solutions Designer, focusing on custom learning solutions and behavior change in organizations. Additional experience includes roles as an MSc Researcher at Marks and Spencer, Research Assistant at 3B Digital, Research Intern at Bates CHI&Partners, and a Social, Environmental and Organisational Psychology Research Intern at the University of Exeter. Leah holds an MSc in Business Psychology from the University of Leeds and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Exeter.
