Markéta Adamíková

Markéta Adamíková, MCC, is an accomplished Executive, Leadership, and Mindset Coach with extensive experience in coaching and mentoring across various organizations. Since February 2016, Markéta has been providing coaching services under her own brand, while also serving as a Premier Fellow Coach and Executive Coach at BetterUp since May 2021. Additionally, Markéta holds the position of Executive, Leadership, and Career Digital Coach at CoachHub since October 2021. In leadership roles, Markéta has been the President of the International Coach Federation Czech Republic from January 2022 to May 2024, and previously a Mentor at the Vodafone Foundation CZ and CzechInvest. Markéta served as Executive Director at Dale Carnegie Training Czech Republic, focusing on strategy and team leadership. Holding a Master's degree in Marketing Communications from Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Markéta has a strong foundation in communication and leadership development.
