Sarah Innocenzi

Sarah Innocenzi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Global Vice President of Human Resources at BetterUp, Sarah has previously held significant positions as Global HR Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and as General Manager of Commercial at Sovrn Holdings, Inc. In addition to serving as Senior Vice President and Vice President of People at Sovrn, Sarah has also worked as Director of People at Trada and as an HR Business Partner at Medtronic. Sarah Innocenzi holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
