Shayan Goodarzi

Shayan (Shy) Goodarzi is a seasoned professional in customer success and implementation strategy, currently serving as Senior Director of Implementation Strategy at BetterUp. Previously, Shayan held multiple roles at UiPath, including Senior Manager and Director of Customer Success. As a co-founder of Shadow Creative Studios, Shayan contributed to product and operations. Additional experience includes Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Strategy & Customer Experience at Molina Healthcare and a consultant in Digital Transformation at Deloitte Digital. Shayan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, in 2016.
