Currently serving as Director of Talent Management for the Neuroscience Portfolio and Director of HR Talent Acquisition for Early Career Experience at Medtronic since October 2022, Tony also operates as a Premier Executive Fellow Coach at BetterUp. Prior to these roles, Tony was Head of Operations at Padagis LLC, overseeing production and operational improvements, and held various leadership positions at Best Buy, Slalom, Target, Perrigo Company, Lockheed Martin, and Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on organizational development and training. Experience includes elevating leadership development programs, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing training initiatives across multiple industries.
