Wendy Scharfman M.ed.

Wendy Scharfman M.Ed., MFA is a seasoned communication coach and trainer with extensive experience in various educational and professional settings. Currently serving as a Communication Coach Specialist at BetterUp since April 2019, Wendy focuses on personalized development strategies to foster behavioral change. In addition, Wendy has held the position of Executive Performance Coach at Maynard Leigh Associates since 2016, working to enhance clients' communication and engagement skills. As a Communication Coach and Trainer for Coaching for Effective Communication, Wendy has collaborated with executives and entrepreneurs to sharpen their public speaking capabilities. With a background in performance, Wendy has extensive experience in acting across various mediums and has facilitated training courses at Schouten Global and served as a Communications Consultant for Family Intervention Services, Inc. Wendy holds an M.S. in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MFA in Acting from the Asolo Conservatory.
