Edina Suljanovic serves as the Head of Medical Operation at Betterview since March 2022, overseeing shop operations in Basel, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators. Additional roles include Lead Academy & Quality Management and Shop Lead - Optometristin BSc., where responsibilities encompass team training, budget management, and patient record accuracy. Prior to Betterview, Edina worked at Urech Optik AG from November 2018 to 2021 as an Optometrist BSc & Sales - Head of Optometry, focusing on clinical diagnostics and employee training. Edina began the professional journey as an Augenoptikerin EFZ & Sales at Fielmann AG from 2008 to 2016, gaining extensive experience in customer service and optical sales. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Optometry, an ECOO European Diploma in Optometry and Optics, and a certificate in Digital Marketing from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
