Paul Agustin

Paul Agustin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering, customer success, and training. Currently serving as Senior Director of Solutions Engineering at Betterworks since March 2015, Paul plays a crucial role in enhancing employee performance and engagement through continuous performance management solutions. Prior to this, Paul worked at Microsoft as an Office 365 Customer Success Manager and Yammer Customer Training Specialist, where responsibilities included fostering trusted advisor relationships and delivering comprehensive training programs. Earlier career experiences included positions at 3M Health Information Systems and SoftMed Systems, along with a background in education as an educator at Bishop McNamara High School. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
