Susan Van Klink is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in talent assessment and strategic advisory roles. As the Founder and CEO of SVK & Associates since April 2025, Susan also serves as a Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach at XBInsight, Inc., and Betterworks, where expertise in aligning people and strategy with business outcomes is leveraged. Additionally, Susan is a Board Member at the Huronia Community Foundation and a Venture Partner and Advisor at VITALIZE Venture Capital. With a strong background in high-growth software companies, Susan founded Emotion At Work to assist organizations in scaling effectively. Previous notable positions include Chief Revenue and Chief Diversity Officer at Grokker, and Chief Revenue Officer roles at League Inc. and Checkster. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Waterloo and is passionate about topics such as gender equality, diversity, inclusion, equity, and talent management.
