The current leadership team at Betterworks has a wealth of experience in diverse industries, with a focus on technology, customer service, and sales. The team is led by Chief Operating Officer Caryn Kopp, who has previously worked for FinancialForce and Alfresco. Vice President Cloud Support Oracle Corporation and Vice President Global Customer Care RightNow (acquired by Oracle), two other members of the team, bring experience in customer relations and global support. The team is completed by Chief Industry Executive Model N, Global Head of Market Analytics and Forecasting Novartis, and Management Consultant ZS Associates.
