Paul Farr

Paul Farr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector. Currently, as the Director of Food & Drink at Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate since January 2019, Paul leads menu and product development, ensuring high food quality and operational excellence. Prior roles include Head of Food at Ei Group, Head of Food & Beverage Development at Wyevale Garden Centres, and Head of Food & Beverage at Genting Casinos UK. Paul also served as Head of Food at Spirit Pub Company, where food sales reached approximately £400 million annually. Earlier in his career, Paul held the position of Director of Product Development at Bartholdi, overseeing the creation and quality control of food products. Paul’s culinary expertise began as Chef des Cuisines at Claridge's Hotel in Mayfair and as Senior Sous Chef at Mezzo, contributing to the restaurant's successful opening. Paul’s education took place in Salisbury and Downton from 1980 to 1985.
