Sarah Belt-McMullin

Sarah Belt-McMullin currently serves as the Project and Portfolio Management Lead at Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate since January 2020, overseeing the delivery of the Product Delivery portfolio and managing stage gate processes for project approvals. Prior to this role, Sarah was the R&D Project Management Team Lead, where responsibilities included driving continuous improvement in the NPD process. From September 2010 to January 2020, Sarah held various positions at Mars, including Global C&T Programme Leader, where the focus was on strategy and project portfolio delivery for global R&D programmes, and Global Senior Scientist and Technical Project Leader, overseeing a significant global innovation project. Sarah began the career as a Product Design Scientist. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) First Class degree in Cell Biology from Durham University, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
