Vanessa Duckenfield

Vanessa Duckenfield is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as the Organisational Development Director at Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate since August 2011, Vanessa has also held the roles of Head of Learning and Development and HR Business Partner within the same organization. In addition to these positions, Vanessa has been the Chair of the GRLI Guardians Group for the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative since August 2019. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Newcastle University, completed in 2008, and furthered education at Leeds Beckett University from 2009 to 2011.
