Jörn Fontius

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, currently serves as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022. With a wealth of experience, JoNataye has held various roles, including Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013, and Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022. Prior positions include Contributing Professor at Walden University, Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University, and Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Ohio Dominican University. JoNataye has also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University, and worked as a School Social Worker for Columbus City Schools and Reynoldsburg City School District. The academic journey includes a PhD in Social Work, a Master's degree in Social Work, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies, all from The Ohio State University.
