Esther van de Ven

Esther van de Ven is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and quality assurance, currently serving as Regulatory Affairs Manager at Bevaplast BV since July 2024. Prior to this role, Esther held the position of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager at MDxHealth from September 2018 to July 2024, where expertise in ISO 13485, ISO 15189, and IVDR was demonstrated. Esther co-founded QM Diagnostics in 2008 and served as Managing Director until November 2017, successfully transitioning the company from a non-profit to a profit entity and expanding diagnostic services. Esther's early career includes significant contributions as a PhD researcher at ICLAS reference laboratory and UMC St Radboud, focusing on diagnostic PCR development and Hepatitis C research, as well as a PhD student studying toxoplasmosis. Esther holds a degree in Biology from Radboud University.
