Erica Bitten

Erica has over 12 years of experience in HR and Business Management, primarily in the biotechnology and public health sectors, where she specializes in workforce strategies, employee relations, and niche recruitment. She is an expert in gathering employee analytics and transforming those data into profitable strategies for both the employee and employer.

Erica has been instrumental in enabling BeVera's business growth by leading the development and implementation of BeVera's employee recruiting, onboarding and compliance processes. She led the establishment of BeVera's health, dental and vision insurance plans as well as the implementation of BeVera's 401K plan. Erica is the consummate advocate for employees and tirelessly seeks to make BeVera the best place to work in America.

Erica earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Clayton State University and her Masters of Health Administration from Ohio University. She received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI as well as her Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRB) and Coaching for Engagement and Performance certifications from HCI.

Erica is an avid basketball fan and enjoys learning about other cultures through travel and food. Erica lives in the metro- Atlanta area with her husband and three children.
