Kara Demelfi

Kara DeMelfi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and real estate. Currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at ImpactSearch Partners since January 2023, Kara specializes in placing top talent across various industries, including software, digital marketing, healthcare, and legal. In addition, Kara has been a Real Estate Advisor at Beverly & Company since January 2022 and co-founded the Conejo Valley chapter of 100 Women Who Care in July 2016, focusing on community philanthropy. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at The NuHire Group and Real Estate Advisor at Engel & Völkers, complemented by experience as a Property Manager at Lordon Management and an Estate Agent at Ewing and Associates Sotheby's International Realty. Kara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Iowa State University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
