Crystal Officer

Crystal Officer is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Beverly Farm Foundation, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Program Operations - Employment and Community Support Services at Ada S. McKinley Community Services, Inc from January 2015 to May 2021. From March 2012 to January 2015, Crystal was the Vice President of Program Operations - Community Living and Support Services at National Children's Center.

Crystal Officer is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in General Psychology with an emphasis on Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University. Crystal has also completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at Murray State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the same institution. Crystal has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Specialization in Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, as well as certifications in Sustainable Business Strategy, EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360, Strategy Execution, Disruptive Strategy, and Corporate Communication from various educational institutions. Crystal also holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Purdue University. Additionally, Crystal has completed a program on Artificial Intelligence in Business: Creating Value With Machine Learning from the Professional & Executive Development division of Harvard.
