Kim Baker

Kim Baker is President of Continuing Care for St. Peter’s Health Partners (SPHP). SPHP offers a comprehensive array of continuing care services at locations throughout the Capital Region. Services provided include adult day services; care coordination/social work; Eddy SeniorCare/PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly); home care; hospice care; memory care/Alzheimer’s services; nursing home care; and palliative care. It also includes Eddy Senior Living, which offers independent senior living, assisted living, and memory care communities, as well as Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital, a recognized leader in acute rehabilitation.

Baker is a licensed nursing home administrator with a master’s degree in speech-language pathology and a bachelor’s degree in communication disorders, both from the University of the Pacific.
