Jacq Rivard (she/her)

Jacq Rivard, SPHR, is an experienced People Operations Manager with a strong background in human resources, recruitment, and employee development across multiple organizations. Currently serving at Bevi since August 2022, Rivard focuses on enhancing workplace culture and operational efficiency in people management. Previously, Rivard worked at iZotope, Inc. as a People Operations Manager and Senior People Operations Generalist, and at CozyKin as a Senior People Operations Lead, where significant hiring and onboarding procedures were implemented. Rivard also held leadership roles at Affect Mental Health and has contributed to team development and management training. Educational credentials include dual Bachelor's Degrees from Simmons University in Psychology and Spanish Language and Literature, alongside a TEFL certification.
