Bongiwe Beja-Ntsiko

Bongiwe Beja-Ntsiko, CDFA, currently serves as the Regional Program Manager for Africa at beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship since September 2024. As the Founding Director of Transire Consulting (Pty) Limited since July 2017, Bongiwe also occupies the role of Youth Trustee Fellow at the FirstRand Empowerment Foundation and previously acted as the Executive Director at Youth Bridge Trust, where responsibilities included strategic implementation and fundraising for youth development projects. Bongiwe's extensive experience in leadership within the Global Shapers Community, including roles such as Southern African Region Community Champion and Curator of the Cape Town Hub, underscores a commitment to addressing social challenges. Additional roles have included Vice President of Partnerships at The Student Hub Online, Head of Partnerships at SMTAX, and Business Development Lead at Youth Employment Service South Africa. Educational qualifications include an MCom in Development Finance from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and a BCom with a focus on Economics and Finance.
