Rosie Loar PHR-SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at Bexar County Sheriff's Office since October 2015, after progressing from the role of Human Resources Analyst at the same organization. Prior to this, Rosie was the Human Resources Manager at A'GACI, LLC from January 2006 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing HR functions across multiple locations and introducing a successful assessment program that significantly reduced turnover. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Twigland Fashions, Ltd, and as a Personnel Manager at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. with expertise in employee recruitment, HR support, policy interpretation, and training initiatives. Rosie holds a degree from San Antonio College.
