Allison Jeffcoat is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at Long Beach Unified School District since December 2024, and as the Company Owner of Olivia Branch Co since November 2020, Allison has held key roles including People Operations Manager at Quantasy + Associates and Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Participant. Previous positions include Senior Recruiter at The Gersh Agency, and Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Business Partner at Decron Properties Corp., where significant contributions were made in brand promotion and candidate sourcing.
