Douglas Carney is an experienced Freelance Audio Mixer with a robust background in sound mixing and engineering for film and television. Since April 2004, Douglas has been operating under DVCarney, Inc., providing services in production sound mixing, live music recording, and post-production audio mastering. Recent roles include serving as Production Sound Mixer and Audio Supervisor for NBCUniversal's game show "Password," as well as being the Sound Mixer for CBS Television Distribution’s "Big Brother." Additionally, Douglas has held prominent positions such as Audio Supervisor for HBO Max's "The Hype" and Broadcast Sound Mixer for the Grammy Awards' "Grammy Live." Douglas holds a B.A. in Audio/Radio and a B.A. in Visual and Media Arts from Emerson College, further enhanced by studies at Berklee College of Music.
