Catherine J. Pearce

Catherine J. Pearce, MBA, DHSc, currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Xavier University and as an advisor at CincyTech. Previously, Catherine held the position of Chief Operating Officer and co-founder at CinCor Pharma, Inc., overseeing its successful sale to AstraZeneca in February 2023. Catherine has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Medpace and Vice President of R&D at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, Catherine has worked as a Director of Lifesciences at CincyTech USA and held key positions at Medpace from 2002 to 2011, focusing on business development and clinical operations. Catherine's educational background includes a Doctorate in Health Sciences and multiple degrees from Xavier University, including a BS/MBA in Biology/Business.
