William Carson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the biotechnology and technology sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Director and Chair of the Talent and Compensation Committee for Lutron Electronics, and as Chair of the Science and Technology Committee for Annexon Biosciences, William leads efforts in energy-saving solutions and innovative therapies for autoimmune and neurodegenerative disorders, respectively. Additionally, William is involved with various organizations, including serving as Advisor for Bexson Biomedical and Chairman of the Board for the Sozosei Foundation. William's past leadership roles include Chairman of the Board for Decibel Therapeutics and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development & Commercialization, and Director for Excision BioTherapeutics, focusing on advanced therapeutic solutions.
