Caroline Neyt has experience in R&D product development and quality assurance engineering. Caroline has worked at Beyers Koffie and Purna Pharmaceuticals N.V. where Caroline managed quality systems, performed root cause analyses, and conducted GMP audits. Caroline also has a Master's degree in Bioengineering from Ghent University, with a focus on food science and nutrition. Additionally, Caroline has completed internships at Barry Callebaut, gaining experience in R&D innovations in the chocolate industry.
