Chad Cosby is an experienced construction professional with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Beynon Sports since May 2017 and as an Assistant Superintendent at Southway Builders, Inc. since August 2015, Chad Cosby has a robust background in managing subcontractors and overseeing various construction projects. Previous roles include Assistant Superintendent at Harbor Builders, where Chad Cosby worked on a specialized energy-efficient residential project, and Construction Supervisor during a self-employment period, managing renovations and carpentry tasks. Prior experience also includes a position as a Preconstruction Consultant at Cole Roofing Company and as a Project Engineer at Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, contributing to numerous complex construction projects.
