Rodolphe Monnet

Rodolphe Monnet is an Executive Search Advisor at Beyond Associés since 2015 and is currently pursuing a PhD in Political Science at Université Paris Descartes, focusing on Indian foreign policy in Africa. Previous roles include Counsellor for health, labour, and social affairs at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2012-2015), Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Health (2010-2012), and Project Manager for Competitive Intelligence at the General Secretariat for Defence and National Security (2005-2010).
