Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Isabel held positions such as Director of Business Development at Discovery Enterprises International from 2009 to 2011, and worked in Corporate Finance focusing on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications at Deutsche Bank from 2006 to 2008. Isabel began the career as an Investment Professional at Summit Partners from 2002 to 2004. Isabel holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Harvard University.
