Nick May

General Manager, Customer Experience at Beyond Bank Australia

Nick joined Beyond Bank Australia as a trainee in 1992. Nick then became IT Operations Manager before joining the Beyond Bank Group Executive Team as General Manager Corporate Services in 2013.

Nick manages a range of the organization’s customer experience areas including the branches, customer relationship center, and broker channel. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance sector. Nick holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma of Business Management as well as being a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.
