Wendy Den Hartog

Wendy den Hartog has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Wendy began their career at Australia Post as a Commonwealth Investigator from 1996 to 1998 before transitioning to Vero as an Insurance Underwriter from 2001 to 2003. Wendy then joined People's Choice Credit Union in 2003, where they held various roles, including Regional Manager, Senior Manager Retail Banking/Delivery SA/NT, and ultimately, Head of Retail and Digital Sales Delivery. In these positions, they were responsible for strategic planning, leadership, and implementation of service and sales delivery across multiple branches and a national call center. Wendy left People's Choice Credit Union in 2018 to join Beaumont Tiles as a National Retail Manager, where they focused on driving leadership, safety standards, and customer-centric experiences across the store network. Wendy returned to People's Choice Credit Union in 2019 as the Head of Target Operating Model and recently joined Beyond Bank Australia in 2021 as a Senior Manager of Loan Fulfillment.

Wendy den Hartog's education history begins in 1997 when they attended the Australian Federal Police College for a short period. It is not specified if they obtained a degree during that time. In 2012, they enrolled at Insight International Consultancy and completed an Advanced Diploma of Management in 2013. Most recently, from 2017 to 2018, they studied at AAMC Training Group and earned a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, focusing on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
