Brooke Skinner Ricketts

Brooke Skinner Ricketts is the Co-Founder and President of Beyond Barriers, an HR Tech company aimed at transforming professional women+ into future-ready leaders. With a background in strategic planning and brand strategy, Brooke has held key positions at companies like Cars.com, Avant, Twitter, and FCB Global. Brooke is also an Advisor at Tamarind Hill Fund and Haystack, and serves as an Independent Trustee on the Board of Directors at the University of Phoenix. Brooke holds a BA in Politics Law & Society and Art History from Bard College, along with Executive Education in Diversity Equity and Inclusion from Yale School of Management.
