John Grunas has a strong work experience in various roles and companies. In 2005, they started as a Team Lead at CVS Pharmacy, where they worked until 2012. In 2014, they founded Gazo Web Designs LLC and served as the President until 2017. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Information Technology Support Technician for Ernst and Young at Human Capital Staffing, L.L.C. In 2016, they joined Attendance on Demand as a Technical Services Technician and later became the Technical Services Supervisor, leading a team of 6-15 direct reports. John Grunas began their education journey in 2011 when they enrolled at the University of Phoenix. John completed their studies in 2013 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Technology Programming. In addition to their degree, John has pursued various certifications throughout their career. In 2018, they obtained the SUPERVISOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (SCP) from the American Society of Employers, and in 2018, they also attended The Leadership Series (TLS) provided by Attendance on Demand. Moving forward, John has continued to acquire additional certifications, including the Operational Design for Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan School of Management in November 2022 and the Dale Carnegie Course from DALE CARNEGIE AND ASSOCIATES, INC. in September 2022. Notably, John has focused on digital transformation, interaction design, usability testing, and project portfolio management, among other areas, as evidenced by their certifications from LinkedIn in 2019 and 2020.
