Luisa Florez

Luisa Florez is a seasoned educator and coach currently serving as a College Success Coach at Waterbury Promise and an Executive Function Coach at Beyond BookSmart since 2024. Additionally, Luisa is a Spanish Adjunct Professor at the University of Saint Joseph and has been the Owner/Tutor at Learn From Home, LLC since 2016. Luisa's previous experience includes a role as a High School Spanish Teacher at Southington High School, an Office Associate at All Our Kin INC., and a Student Leader at the Center for Community Engagement, where responsibilities included developing mentoring programs and tutoring. Luisa holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Saint Joseph and a Bachelor's degree in English Literary Studies and Spanish from Eastern Connecticut State University.
