Alia Rehana

Alia Rehana is an experienced instructional designer and coach currently working at Palm Beach State College, where innovative training and workshop creation for over 100 faculty members showcases expertise in adult learning theories. With a background as an executive function coach at Organizational Tutors, LLC, Alia develops custom learning solutions for clients, integrating mindfulness with academic support. Previous roles include training and curriculum specialist at Doctor Evidence, LLC, where Alia managed client relationships and designed educational trainings for adult learners, and instructor and curriculum designer at The Archer School for Girls, where real-world issues were explored through project-based teaching methods. Alia also served as a curriculum specialist at New Visions for Public Schools, focusing on the design and alignment of science curricula. Alia Rehana holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stony Brook University, complemented by a minor in Women and Gender Studies.
